Fall Specials Inspired by Chef's New Orleans Taste Trip

This Fall, Fins is welcoming a few gooey, warm, cheesy and satisfying unique dishes inspired by New Orleans.

Chef Wiley Earl and the Fins crew took a food trip to New Orleans. The goal was to experience the contemporary culinary authentic fusion cuisine served in the heart of this beloved city. They went to very highly recommended, but not necessarily traditional New Orleans restaurants. When you think New Orleans, you probably imagine cajun, spice, gumbo, crawfish and Jambalaya. But they went to experience, not just the fantastic traditional foods, but also try the foods with a creative a new twist on an American favorite.After three days of tasting research, the chef put together their favorites combined with Fins flair.
